What Money Represents?

Everywhere I go I inevitably end up talking about money and financial freedom with somebody. Mostly because I get a bit obsessed with finances, investing, earning multiple sources of income and so on. You get the point. I've always been a little surprised at the way people view money most of the time.

To so many people money is just money to trade for pieces of junk, fast food and nicer cars. I have always viewed money as time and freedom. Maybe that's why when I was a 6 year old kid earning $2.50 per day moving sprinklers on the farm before school, I would keep all my hard earned money in a pencil box and thumb through it every once in a while. I would count my money and think about all the great things I could buy now or all the freedom I would have later. Not very many people think of their money as something they need to have to in order to have any major quality of life as well as something that could work for them so they could spend more time doing the things they want with the people they love. Turning your dollars into your employees is an amazing way to earn money. You can put in multiple different work environments to create multiple incomes. It doesn't talk back, take days off or steal from you. It does however have endless babies which can also work for you creating more opportunities and options.

You need to begin to think about every dollar you spend on fast food, coffee and soda, candy and all the other cheap items that bring you very little value in the moment and destroy your financial fitness in every phase of your life. Think about losing a valuable employee or business every time you waist a dollar on junk. Think about the people you could help by sacrificing a few useless things in your life in order to invest your money wisely and becoming rich. Most people could save thousands of dollars per year and not even feel a bit of remorse by changing only a few habits. That money saved could become a second or third source of income which turns into freedom of choice.
