Making It Online

January 13, 2016 Bronson

As usual I've spent an insane amount of time, lately, reading, watching videos and going through paid education programs to stay up on the internet marketing world. I'm always astounded by the crazy amount of money being thrown around and the many opportunities out there to catch my unfair share. Not too long ago there were tons of people pitching a very basic information product that you could buy for somewhere in the range of $50-$150 dollars and it would teach you how to become instantly wealthy. We all know that instant wealth doesn't happen. You can get wealthy fairly quickly but not without working like crazy in the best ways. Luckily Google made it difficult for those type of advertisement sites, that suck, to rank. It has allowed the best ones to make it through, and many of them are legitimate. They come with tons of training to help you understand the ever changing market, strategies for reacquiring customers, customer support, multiple levels of product offers to make front and backend sales and a host of other things. I've gone through a few of them and the training alone has been worth it, especially for newbies.

We all seem to make the same mistakes as we enter the internet marketing world and I think it's because it is so easy to get started as an affiliate marketer even with no experience, and the risk is very low. So we all kinda start throwing a few lines out there hoping we'll get a few bites. Eventually you learn through trial and error that it must take something a little bigger and better to actually make money. In every new era there are opportunities that come up where the market doesn't totally know their power, potential, supply, demand and value. That happened with the internet. It has taken many years for the market to even begin to see it's possibilities. So like all good things the major search engines have continued to improve and quality is really beginning to shine through. The junk has been continually weeded out and shaken to the bottom while the businesses and systems that were built to last are getting the deserved credit and traffic. This tells you two major things. If you want to compete, you either have to build something great, or join those who already have market share and products worth promoting.

The affiliate marketing world is no different than every other business. It is a grind to get started and making any kind of money that will impact your life but as you find the right niches for you, you create better content, you make better and more contacts things start to lift at an incredible rate. The grind takes out most of the competition within about 6 months so if you truly want to make great money online. It is very obtainable, you just have to continually educate yourself, put in the time and work through the struggles we all come up against.
